Vendors Wanted!

If you own your own business or create and sell unique crafts or gift items, we want you! Join us for the Wildcat Winter Bash!

Vendors will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. Only one representative from each nationally owned company will be allowed (Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.)

The cost per 6ft table and chair is $25.00. If you would like to be a vendor please contact, Kellie Harris at kelsharris@verizon.net or 932-9241.

George Watkins Elementary School’s 3rd Annual “Wildcat Winter Bash” will be held on Saturday, December 10^th, 2011 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. This event will only be as good as the number of volunteers we have to support it. The profits made from this event will go towards teacher grants, playground equipment, student SOL awards programs, field day ribbons, software and other items to benefit the children and staff of GWES. Below is a list of the events that will be taking place that day. Volunteers will be needed for set up beginning at 8 a.m., to work various areas of the festival from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., and for clean up from 3 – 4 p.m. Please donate an hour or two of your time to benefit the school, which in turn will benefit your child!

· Vendor Fair – enjoy shopping with local vendors!

· Basket Raffle – each class will sponsor a themed basket for raffle. A separate letter is being sent home about how you can contribute.

· Pictures with Santa - $5.00 visit/picture with Santa!

· Children’s Holiday Shop – a great opportunity for the little ones to shop inexpensively for family and friends! This area will replace the Holiday Shop that has occurred during school hours in the past.

· Children’s Craft Corner – make an ornament, decorate a mural, and have your face painted.

· Talent Showcase – talent and holiday spirit will be shared on the main stage of the auditorium!

· Scholastic Book Fair – a one day book fair just in time for the holidays!

· Concessions – food and beverage items will be sold by the PTO!

· Cake Walk – you just might walk away a winner!

· Grab Bags – a favorite with the children! Donations encouraged! Please label any donations with “Grab Bags”.
