About GWES PTO

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year and welcome to the George Watkins Elementary School PTO!  The PTO is made up of everyone in the GWES community: parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers, principals and other school staff members.  We work together to support our children, the teachers and the school.  We are committed to providing the best possible school experience for each child.  The PTO supports several activities for the kids throughout the year and finds creative ways to supplement the school budget where funding falls short.

Meetings are open to everyone in the GWES community.  Meetings are in the school library, typically on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.  There are no membership dues or other fees.  You are the PTO and we need your input, ideas and support.  We look forward to hearing your questions, comments and ideas.
